Description

This thoughtfully designed modern farmhouse blends timeless charm with elevated livability, creating a home that feels both welcoming and refined. A striking front elevation pairs painted brick with board-and-batten siding, warm wood accents, and a metal porch roof, setting the tone for the craftsmanship found throughout. Inside, soaring ceilings and vaulted spaces define the main living areas, anchored by an open great room with a fireplace and seamless connection to the kitchen and dining spaces—ideal for both everyday living and entertaining. The kitchen is designed with function and flow in mind, featuring generous prep space, a flush eating bar, walk-in pantry, and clear sightlines to the heart of the home. The private primary suite offers a true retreat, complete with a spa-inspired bath featuring a freestanding tub, custom shower, and an oversized walk-in closet. Secondary bedrooms are thoughtfully placed for privacy, while a flexible game room or fourth bedroom and an optional bonus room provide space to adapt as needs change. Covered front and rear porches extend the living space outdoors, perfect for relaxing or hosting gatherings. With approximately 2,600 square feet of heated living space and nearly 4,750 square feet under roof, this plan delivers generous proportions, smart functionality, and enduring style—making it an exceptional choice for families seeking a modern farmhouse that feels both classic and current.
